Withdrawal from registration for the activity, non-attendance or abandonment of the activity

1. In the event that a registered participant decides not to participate in an activity, they must inform la Mandorla in writing so that the registration can be cancelled.
2. In case of withdrawal from registration, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid according to these instructions:

• If the cancellation occurs up to 21 days before the start of the activity, 90% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation occurs between 21 and 10 days before the start, the amount to be refunded will be 60%.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the start of the activity, no refund will be issued.

3. In the event of non-participation due to illness or other force majeure circumstances, a maximum of 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. Participants must provide la Mandorla with documentation justifying the reason for non-participation. If such documentation cannot be provided, the criteria described above will apply.
4. In case of non-attendance by the participant for the activity, without prior notice, the registration fee paid will not be refunded.
