Ethics
La Mandorla is a small oasis of calm and authenticity where you can reconnect and experience the flavors of reality.

The mind remains awake and alert.
Feeding
Nutrition for body, palate and soul
We harvest vegetables from the garden, eggs from the hens, milk from the goats that graze freely, and meat from our chickens and ducks. We drink water from the well, which is pumped daily using solar energy.
Self-sufficiency
Collaborations
La Mandorla has always been active in land management. We work in cooperation with the Montsant Natural Park to offer environmental education workshops and organize work camps for teenagers.
We are part of the permanent forum of the CETS (European Charter for Sustainable Tourism) to reflect, with all the actors in the territory, on the tourism we want for Priorat: respectful, sustainable, aware of the heritage, natural and landscape values of the region.
We have always been committed to building a local support network and valuing the exchange of ideas and pioneering approaches to alternative lifestyles. We collaborate with other organizations and associations in the area (Taxus Association, Entrecamins, etc.).
This is a place that "nourishes as such", where children learn to play with stones, earth and tree branches, where the need to consume gradually fades away, giving way to the simple happiness of "being there".

La Mandorla is concerned with weaving a local support network and with giving value to exchange (services, organic social currency) and to pioneering ideas of alternative lifestyles.
