* This retreat is open to everyone, whether or not they have prior experience with sound therapy. The sound therapist adapts the activities to the group's profile so that everyone can fully enjoy the experience.
The hiking trails are easy to moderate and are conducted with respect, gentleness, and adaptation to the group's pace. Anyone who enjoys walking and being in contact with nature is welcome.
In the heart of the Montsant mountain range, treat yourself to a revitalizing break where hiking and sound therapy come together to slow down, breathe and return to the essentials.
Each day begins with a walk accessible to all, through the unspoiled landscapes of Priorat. Walking then becomes an invitation to break free from the usual routine, open your senses, and fully reconnect with nature. The trails will lead us through emblematic locations of the region: the Siurana River, its perched castle, the sun-drenched vineyards, the hermitage of Sant Joan de Codolar, the natural pools, and the majestic peaks of Montsant.
Throughout your stay, sound therapy will complement this immersion. Whether through sound baths in the heart of nature, lulled by birdsong and the whisper of the wind, or inside a yurt, the vibrations of singing bowls will invite you to release tension, cultivate presence, and achieve deep relaxation.
The retreat takes place in an eco-friendly space intimately connected to nature. Here, bread is freshly baked, jams are homemade, goat cheese is made on the farm, and wine comes from neighboring vineyards. Guests tend the vegetable garden, participate in the simple tasks of daily life, and share the space with goats, donkeys, and chickens that set the rhythm of the place.
Little internet, little noise. The whisper of the wind through the trees, footsteps on the paths, the warmth of the sun on your skin. Sleeping in a yurt, living in harmony with nature, and rediscovering the beauty of simple things.
A deeply relaxing sensory experience, where each walk opens an inner space and each sound bath invites you to fully inhabit it.
A gentle and transformative experience to bring you closer to nature and closer to yourself.
My name is Sarah, I'm 33 years old, and I'm from Dijon. After a basketball career, I traveled alone to different parts of the world. During those trips, I discovered new cultures and explored different facets of myself. Along the way, I reconnected with a childhood passion I had set aside: singing. This return to artistic expression, combined with my growing interest in personal development, naturally led me to the world of sound and vibrations.
In my search for tools to calm my very active mind, I discovered singing bowls. Their sounds and vibrations allowed me to access states of calm, presence, and reconnection that I had rarely been able to achieve through other means. Thus began my journey into the world of sound therapy.
I trained in sound therapy in 2023 in Australia with the Sound Healing Academy and later, in 2025, in Barcelona with the Peter Hess Academy Spain. Today, I support people through sound, vibrations, and voice, creating spaces conducive to relaxation, letting go, and reconnecting with oneself.
My intention is to offer a break where the body can relax, the mind can calm down, and each person can rediscover a deeper connection with themselves.
My name is Aurélie, I am 33 years old and I am Belgian. For many years I have been exploring nature from a perspective deeply focused on reconnecting with oneself and the natural environment.
In 2024, I left Belgium to settle in Barcelona. Walking quickly became my anchor in this new chapter of my life. It allowed me to navigate that transition with clarity, confidence, and serenity.
In 2025, I founded Randocelona, a hiking group that now has over 400 members of all ages and backgrounds. This initiative was born from a simple desire: to create connections through movement and to offer accessible, enriching, and convivial hikes, free from any focus on performance or competition.
In one year I have organized more than 25 routes, all accessible by public transport, paying special attention to safety, inclusion and the quality of the human experience within the group.
Over time, I have developed more immersive formats that combine hiking with reconnection practices such as conscious breathing, silent spaces, yoga, and sound therapy, with the intention of offering complete experiences that unite nature, introspection, and community.
During this retreat in the Sierra de Montsant, it will be a pleasure to accompany you along accessible and inspiring trails, from a conscious way of walking, where each step becomes an invitation to rootedness, presence and connection.
At La Mandorla you'll stay in comfortable and cozy traditional Mongolian yurts, surrounded by nature. Each yurt offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere year-round, with open views of the surrounding landscape.
The yurts are shared among the retreat participants, in a spirit of simplicity and coexistence that fosters exchanges and authentic connections.
The property features a communal kitchen where Anouchka prepares hearty and delicious vegetarian dishes daily, using fresh, organic, and local ingredients. It also includes a vegetable garden, fruit trees, a small farm with donkeys, goats, horses, and chickens, as well as rest areas.
A simple, authentic and lively accommodation, ideal for resting, recharging your batteries and reconnecting with the essentials.
